Here is a delicious quick Banana Oat Cookie recipe you’ll love. And the best thing is that it’s healthy and guilt free.

All you need is 3 really ripe bananas, 1.5 cups of gluten free rolled oats, as much raisins as you prefer, or you can substitute in small pieces of your favorite dark chocolate, and splash of unsweetened almond milk.
Start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees. Then in a bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork. Add in your rolled oats and mix well. Next, add in all the other ingredients. Mix it all together and let it sit for 10 minutes. The next step is to take two tablespoons of the “dough” and place it on the cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. You can use a bit of oil on the parchment paper to prevent the cookies from sticking to it. After you have put all of your cookies-to-be on the cookie sheet, place them in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes.
Let the cookies cool and enjoy in moderation!
Feel free to play around with the proportions of the ingredients to get it exactly the way you like them. If you like the cookies less moist then add in more oats, If you like them more moist and less “oaty”, you can first grind your rolled oats for a few seconds before adding them in and also increase the amount of almond milk used in the recipe a little more.
There is no hard and fast rules with these cookies. You can change up the proportions, add in some walnut pieces or substitute raisins with chopped up dried apricots. Get as creative a you like with these cookies!
